the email login is just a login username to PM My Account.
So, if you have the password and can receive 2FA via SMS, you can first login My Account using the original/old email address, then change the login email address by going to Profile> Manage EverSafe ID
But if you cannot logon at all, then you will have to engage PM CS agent and they will help out
