I activated my eSIM on the wrong iPhone I deleted the sim from the phone, tried the QR code on the correct phone and it didn’t go through where do I go from here, please only straight forward answer I’m tired of going back and forth.

hi @Omghelp
you will got stuck with the 2FA step, they will try to send a code to your phone but you don't have the eSIM setup yet and cannot bypass that (you won't get to receive 2FA by email until you get the code on your phone at least once)
you will need to ask PM support to help

at this moment, you likely cannot login My Account or the app to get a new eSIM code yourself , so you need PM support agent to help

It's very simple. You just download the app on the phone you want it on, purchase another eSIM and it will be free at checkout.

download the app to the cellphone, log in to your account to buy a replacement esim.
