Try turning on mobile data on your phone. That might resolve it for you. That worked on my wife's phone.

Your One Plus 7 Pro isn't a 5G ready cell...but should be fine on PM networks anyhow. Make sure data is turned on in settings too.

was it just sms issue? can you get inbound calls?
