Each phone line needs its own separate email address/login. 

At present time, $40/month gets 100 GB of data with Canada-Mexico-US roaming.

PM is self service so you will need to activate yourself either online or via the PM app.  physical SIM card or eSIM activations.

You can only have 1 line/1 account/1 email address so you can’t have 2 lines on the same account.

But you can have 2 separate accounts on your iPhone.
