Hi my friend just joined because of me and the can us 34$ plan. On his first day he realized he selected the $34 plan that doesn't have can us. Then he switched to the correct plan and paid $34 again on the same day his first. How can he be refunded his $34

Public mobile usually does not refund or pro-rate plans. Snce your friend is a new customer, Public mobile customer service agent may be able to credit your friend's account. YMMV though. No guarantees.
Your friend can submit a ticket for CSA help. Click on the chat icon on the right lower corner of website and follow prompts to submit a ticket for CSA. It usually take a few hours to up to 1-2 days for response times.

@jaguarbass126 - He should've used the Change On Renewal because there is no refunds when you use Change Now.

@jaguarbass126 typically no refunds as prepaid. But he can submit a ticket to Public Mobile and explain and see what they say. They have to use the support section of the app or the chatbot to create a ticket. The orange bubble lower right works also.
