Hello,
I am a new public mobile customer (less than a week.)
I had intended to include province wide talk on my plan but must have left it unchecked when I created and paid for the plan. I, (unfortunately) chose a 90 day plan. I have read past threads on my options and I see that I can change my base plan but I'll lose what I've already paid for. However, I'm not sure if the data I already purchased would roll over if I change my plan now? I guess, what are my options?
I have a 90 day 6 GB plan and just forgot to add talk, and am now only about five days in. I'm kind of regretting my decision.
Thanks

@delormea397 Correct, you cannot manually change your plan before expiry without losing the balance from your last payment. In this situation, you will need moderator assistance. Click this: message to moderators to send a private message to the moderator team with your phone number, account PIN, and an explanation.
They may be willing change your plan provided you pay the difference. They leave shortly so you will likely have no reply until tomorrow. Try to mimimize data usage until then.
Meanwhile, if you need to make calls try an application like that from fongo.com. It provides free calling across Canada from wherever you are connected to wifi, or cellular data.
Hang in there. I'm sure they will assist you.
