Hello,

So I just purchased an 30 day auto renewal plan today for $45/mnth, but when I check my account it only says I have $2 with a full $45 next payment due in a month. When I try to make calls it just says "Not on registered network".  Any help appreciated,

Not registered sim card is something a phone says when a sim card isn't active witb service.  Something got stuck in activation.

take you sim card out and enter the sim again in phone and then reboot the device.
this should fix the records.

Sounds like your account was not created. To be sure please reboot the phone with the PM SIM installed and report the exact message.

What is make/model of your phone?
