a) With the PM SIM installed, reboot your phone and report what message is displayed.
b) Call 611. What happens?
c) Check whether your credit card has been charged.
d) Did you complete the procedure to activate your SIM?

If you ported number takes a few hours for phone to be fully connected to service, be patient it will work

@JWhite did you port a number if so it can take a few hours also is phone unlocked? click on the? Bottom right hand corner Ask Simon to speak to a human this will help create a ticket to speak to a moderator check the envelope top right corner for a reply response time is 2 to 48 hours
