New customer. Paid for Sim Card on Jan/24/2023 and still not received it yet. Wanted to get the $40.00 Lunar special so I ordered a Sim Card early enough but still waiting. What next

Hi @JeanLafrance sim card order could take as many as 3 weeks.
but since it is over 10 days, as said on the order email, open ticket with PM suppoet for status update
1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Sim card order", then click "Contact Us", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there

Officially delivery time is 5-10 business days. Some customers experienced way longer delivery time. And some did not receive it all. All depends on your luck...
You are still within 10 business days frame.

@JeanLafrance - that is no too long ago actually.
It is stated it should take 7-10 working days. If it goes beyond another week, you can submit a ticket with CSA to let them know you did not receive it yet. NOTE, it normally comes regular Canada Post letter mail.

If you are in a rush, see if there are local stores near you to pick one up (call first for availability) , and keep the ones coming in the mail for extras or referrals.

@JeanLafrance Can take 3 days to 3 weeks for SIM card to arrive . If you need one sooner try Telus Koodo store for in person pick up otherwise you can ask support for status update
