Does anyone know how long it takes for it to take into affect one or two days maybe?thank you

If you do plan change NOW, change is immediate and you will be charged at the same time.

If you do schedule plan change on next renewal then it will change on next renewal. If you do this if I were you, I would schedule at least a week in advance to be on the safe side it will be picked up on time.

Try  again  incognito mode/private mode or a different device or lap top or simply try refreshing the page when logged in

For most up to date account info

should change right away unless you have it set for change at renewal which I’d advised but .. if your changing from 3G to 4G service note this can take up to 48 hours before you notice a difference in speed
