Just signed up.Not receiving any texts, but emails and phone calls work. When I go to the app, it says I have to create my eversafe ID and it has texted me a one-time password. But I'm not receiving texts. The help information says I can choose the option of receiving an email, but I cannot find that option. I've tried to contact an agent but that doesn't seem to work either

You were right. It was an issue with having 2 sims in my phone. The original was disabled before PM's started working. Thanks for your help

did you try the sim card on another phone?
but I think you probably need PM to check. Likely you won't be able to open proper Chatbot ticket because of 2FA, so just message them

for send and receive text , it is a problem with Message app. Uninstall the app and reboot and reinstall (or just install Google Message if you are not using it yet)
if incoming calls, sound like port stick. Call porting team and ask. I have sent you the number to your community inbox

@Dog2 If you check your sim manager , is the PM eSIM enabled/set to primary ? And remove or disable old providers sim and reset network settings see if that helps

It's android. You're right, i can make calls but don't receive them. Can't send or receive texts. I chose the e-sim option. Not sure if I have to do something about that

I had the same issue because I hadn't installed the new Public SIM yet and was doing the setup on my old SIM card, so everything was working through WiFi. This may seem obvious, but is your Public SIM card installed correctly?

iPhone ? if iPhone, it is a problem with iMessage.
And you sure you received incoming calls?
and for your login problem, try using Incognito mode. Or ask PM to help. Since you won't be able to open proper Chatbot ticket at this point, so just message them

@Dog2 Have you tried rebooting the device ? Or reset network settings yet ? Try that first if still no luck get support to help
