New customer/Esim/No service

I switched over today from Freedom. I successfully installed the eSIM. Apparently I successfully lost Freedom because now I have no service. However when I check for network options, I am still seeing Freedom options rather than Public. My wife sitting next to me has a Public connection no problem.
I reset my network (IPhone 14) settings. No help. Now what?

Porting or not, you should have at least partial Public Mobile service.  Are you using auto network selection?

How do I do that?

  • Go to the Home screen. Choose Settings.
  • Scroll down. Choose Cellular.
  • Choose Cellular Data.
  • Choose the line you would like to use for cellular data
  • The eSIM is now set as the primary data plan
  • Now reboot.

Have you chosen the PM eSIM as your primary and rebooted?
