There are no contact with PM. It is a prepaid service for 30 days and if you setup AutoPay for your monthly renewal. You can close your account or port to another carrier anytime but best to close or port out a couple of days before your renewal date. No refund/prorated for unused days.

To set up Public Mobile, first subscribe to a plan on their website or app, then choose and activate a SIM card or eSIM. After creating an account and verifying your identity, you will complete the payment and either get a new number or port your existing one.
Know the following before you decide to port over.
Public mobile is self serve. There are no customer service numbers to call. Everything is done on these forums and private chats with customer service which can take hours to get back to you or even days.
Public mobile is meant for people who are computer savvy.
Get a sim card from Amazon faster than getting it from pm. Reports have stated here it can take several weeks to receive it in the mail
And finally, now may not be the best time to sign up in my opinion. With Black Friday just around the corner, there may be way better offers coming. Might want to consider holding on.
