New activation problem

I just activated a new account paid 50 in vouchers added a 40 dollar plan now it says my account is suspended and pay 40 bucks again help! Hey 👋

The vouchers did not register the first time around was my problem guys he was o enter them all again

If what you wanted it's the 50$ plan not the 40$..you need to wait your next renewal date to do the switch. You can already choose it in your self serve account and choose FOR THE NEXT RENEWAL DATE. If that what you want..???..

@jayc666  Sounds like your activatipon did not complete properly.  have you tried restarting your phone?  What does your account balance show in self serve portal?

hey, sorry o you are having issues.  can you posta screenshot of your overview page and your payment history?

those will help determine the issue and figure out teh best route for help.
