Hello, i had placed the order of a new Sim on January 26th, 2026 as I'm looking to switch my networks. I have not received my Sim card yet for activation, it's been a 5 days and I need to cancel my previous network or i will be charged for another month. If someone doesn't respond or if I don't receive my Sim by Monday I will cancel the subscription with public mobile.

They will get back to you...They are dealing with a lot of new traffic. If you managed to sign up for the $20 plan...I'd say its worth it. Once you get the sim start the transfer over to PM - should take under an hour to get on public mobile.

good news is many I was helping told me their couple days issues are resolved today.  So, PM is definitely working 

message them again tomorrow morning for update and hope they will get to you tomorrow
