Hi there. I’m posting this for my boyfriend as he cannot log in to his account. I’m hoping a moderator or someone can help.
he recently signed up and transferred his phone number but cannot log into his account. The website will email the verification code which he puts in and then the website says he is texted a code which he never gets and since the code never comes through to his number he cannot log in to his account.
also there is an issue with certain contacts (android users) who have tried to contact him and messages aren’t coming through. He is only able to message iPhone users.
he has tried restarting his phone multiple times which corrected the issue for all his iPhone user contacts but not android contacts.

@Ageoffrey sounds like the port didn’t fully complete , did he leave old providers SIM card in the phone to reply YES to the confirmation text to port ? In any event I’ll send you the porting team number private message and they can re trigger the port request if needed . I’ll also leave you with this direct link to support should they be needed also
