Hi,
I just ported over my number from Rogers and everything worked fine. However, when I try to login for the self serve it won't let me login. I know the email I used wasn't incorrect cause when I put in forget password and go to the security question it is the same question and I don't recieve an email when I go through with it. I also never recieved an email after I created the account. I did recieve texts telling me that my transfer request was completed succesfully. Just need help loging in and accessing my information.

I've only just received my welcome to public mobile email and I've been with them for over 2 weeks now.

The reset password function has not worked for awhile. You will not receieve an email confirmation intially for your account. Just texts.
You need to contact moderator to reset password. Wait times to respond greater than 24 hours the last week or so.
Here is instructions to contact moderator:
Recommendation: do not send multiple message to moderators. First come, First service. Each new message will put you further down the job list.

Community Moderators are available from Monday to Friday 9am (EDT) to 9pm (EDT) and Saturday, and Sunday from 9am (EDT) to 7:30pm (EDT)
