Here is how you can change it on the app. However, do note that if you've tried several times and didn't work, the system locks you out for an hour. Personally, I'd wait about an hour and a half to be on the safe side.

How to change credit card on phone app

Download the app from the app store if you already haven’t.

Sign into your app.

When your app opens you’ll be in the My Account tab. You will see a plus button at the bottom left above the My Account tab. Click on it.

Once you’ve clicked on it, go to Payments

The next screen you’ll want to click on Manage Subscription.

The next screen will give you the option to change your credit card information when you click on Manage Payment Method.

There you will be able to enter a new credit card and expiry date. Click on Save and you're good to go.

Try this but do know that multiple attempts too close together can cause the error to keep coming up so it’s best to wait an hour or two between attempts. Also make sure you are typing in the card into and not using autofill as it can also cause issues.

1. Clear the browser data and cache from your web browser and open an incognito window. 
2. Login to your account and navigate to the payments tab.
3. Click manage subscription, and then manage payment method. It is here that you can type in your new payment info.
