I'm trying to activate a sim card for my grandmother but when I get to the payment screen I get a "We were not able to process your payment. Make sure all information is correct or try again with a different card." I double checked the card and tried four other cards but nothing seems to work. I don't feel like it has to do with my cards because I used many. Additionally, I don't believe I can use a voucher without having finished making my account and receiving my number. Can someone help me with this?

@Novaprince were you using a phone or tablet when you try to activate? Try to use a Desktop instead
Also, try using a different browser , incognito mode . Let us know if it works
