This is what it says when I try to select a plan and activate my SIM card. My card information is correct. I have tried multiple days.

First make sure that your credit card was not charged.
If not charged, you can try again.
However, try a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode. Even try a different device (preferably a PC or laptop)
If charged, try to insert the SIM card in phone to see what happens.
