I just signed up for a new self serve account and at the last step entering all my information it resulted in a generic error. Now when I try to register again the Public mobile SIM card I purchased is invalid. Please advise how to resolve this issue.
Generic Error
Oh no!
It looks like something went wrong, but don’t panic.
Log out and then log back in again to continue. Or return to the Login Page.

You can also check to see if your payment went thru to confirm your service is active. If so and you can access your account contact the moderators to help finish setting you up.
If your service did not activate make sure you clear your browser, open one tab only, use secret/incognito mode, in firefox, chrome or safari. This should eliminate the error problems (use this everytime you access your account to make any kind of change.

@eugie828 Test the sim in your phone to see if it connects to the network. If yes, your card is activated. Dial 611 to confirm. If not, wait for an hour for the session lock to clear up and try the activation again.

@eugie828 try the forgot password link to get back into your self service account if you know rhe answere to your secret question. If this fsils, contact the moderators(PM customer service here) and ask them for a temporary password to your self service account. There are 2 ways to contact the Moderator Team:
Once connected to Simon, you will be asked to log in again with your community user name and password. Please do, this allows you to continue and send your message.
- Check your private message sent box (click on the envelope top right of your screen) to make sure the message was sent.
- Keep an eye on the envelope top right of your screen. The mods answer will show up there. When it does, you will be asked to verify your self service account, with your password and login. Doing so allows the process to continue. Stay safe.
Welcome to PM .
