My account got suspended due to non payment. I have auto pay setup up but for some reason it did not work. I tried to make a payment but it shows "Your account has already enough balance." I cannot make any calls as I get a message saying my account ...
I just signed up less than an hour ago and only used data to test the speed on speedtest. However upon checking my data usage on my account it shows I already used 500mb out of my 1024mb data limit. Is that suppose to be normal??
I just signed up for a new self serve account and at the last step entering all my information it resulted in a generic error. Now when I try to register again the Public mobile SIM card I purchased is invalid. Please advise how to resolve this issue...
