@Katie_20  No the store won’t reimburse , you need to first ask support for that

send  a  private message   To CS_Agent

HI @Katie_20

all support is online.  The Telus and Koodo stores just help to sell PM sim card but they don't have with PM issue

if you want to just switch plan, you can ask support agent to help as the service is not fully setup yet.
If you just want to leave PM, it is still doable before the account is fully setup.

But whichever way you choose, you still need to discuss with PM support.  Please message them

Hi@hTideGnow

how to get the reimburse from them?

thank you.

HI @Katie_20

add to @Handy1 comment, this is the direct link for Amazon:
Amazon.ca https://www.amazon.ca/Public-prepaid-postpaid-Activate-Allinone/

But honest if PM is reimbursing you , why not buy from Telus or Koodo store in person,  it is faster (same day if you can go today 🙂  )  Yes, it is more $$, but Pm is reimbursing (if they agree)

@Katie_20  Cheaper to buy one from Amazon $4.99 there . And if you talk to support first they may reimburse you to do so

HI @Katie_20

Sim card delivery can be 3 days to 3 weeks here

But best to ask PM support agent for status, you can  submit by direct message:
      https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

Better to ask if you can pickup another one from a nearby Telus or Koodo store instead of wait longer to have them resend a new one
