I dont understand why we have to purchase a new SIM card....current customers should automatically receive one. I'm a single parent and cant afford any extra expenses atm, whatever the cost...regardless, they should be providing them to existing customers. Someone probably already posted this

Who is telling you you need to buy a new sim? Did you lose the sim or the phone with it in it?
What are you trying to do?
