I just activated my SIM with a new number, I can call from my phone but when someone call on my number it connects to someone else who said she has this number for long.

go sign in to Self-Serve, to review your account, and try to changed your number, and test it, Reboot your phone.
what is mean for Rebooting the phone means to turn off your phone about 2 minutes and turn it back on.

@raafidkhan : Since it's a new to you number, just use the Change Number function and change your number to something else.
