How long will it take to receive my Certified Pre-Owned phone order?

Your order will ship via Canada Post or UPS and you should receive your order within 10 days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

@amckenzie001 , the phones sold by Public Mobile are shipped to your door.  This service has no physical store and so its online shopping only.  As for activation, there is no such thing.  All you need to do is remove the SIM card from your current phone and place it in the new phone.

Set up a new self serve account during the sim activation and you are good to go. Look for "Activate" at the top of this page.
