Hello happy new years
I waited till new years and still never received the gift. I dont know how to open a ticket to receive it. Any help

Per the original announcement, if you did not receive the text with the offered rewards, it was recommended to contact Public Mobile before the end of December.
Did you previously reach out to customer support staff to ask for the free rewards?
If you did not, it's likely you are out of luck. Sorry.

@Nikita the proper way is to open ticket with agent with Chatbot for quicker response. You can follow Method 1 below , type in exactly what shown below and you will get to ticket open screen quicker
1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:
https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there
