@Inder_ can't even make outgoing calls??

Physical or eSIM??

if physical, try your sim in another phone if possible 

if eSIM, is the eSIM set as active or enabled "Turn on this line"

It could be just a sim provisioning issue, easy fix for PM support and you just need to engage them. Please message support here
