I'm trying to port a number from PM to another carrier, but the other carrier says that my number does not below to Public Mobile.
When porting out, do we need to use Telus Mobility as the carrier/network name?

You can find the owner, carrier wise, of the number here and if number was ever cancelled it would return to the owners pot. But you could have a number that was Telus ported to Bell, ported to Rogers, ported to PM. The latter should make no difference to port to another Canadian carrier.

That support is up to the new provider. This account needs to be active. Leave this sim in to confirm the transfer.
