Network lost

I just got a new phone and got eSIM from public. Now it says network lost on a pop up. Continuous. Also my old phone no longer works.

@Glen7600  Have you tried to reset network settings and reboot the phone ? I’d start with that also make sure the public mobile eSIM is set to primary and there’s no other sims in the phone . If you still have issues you can ask support to help fix for you
