Hi, I recently ported my number out to another carrier yesterday, but I had already made a payment for my plan on the same day. Since the port-out was completed shortly after the payment and I was unable to use the service, I would like to request a refund for the unused portion of my plan (pro-rated refund). Could you please look into this and let me know if a refund is possible? Thank you for your help.

PM is a prepaid service so there are no refund but since you had issues at the start of the porting. You need to contact a CS_Agent for possible refund.

sorry, PM is a prepaid carrier with a no refund policy. They won't refund you because you port out on day 1 of the cycle
Some have luck to ask for a one time credit with the new carrier. Try ask them to compensate that instead
