Network constantly dosconnecting me

For the past two weeks I have been disconnected to public mobile network more than I've been connected it's extremely frustrating not being able to talk to an actual human being and just talking on chat none of it has been any good I have done all the troubleshooting steps I have done the reset and every other thing suggested I will get my service back sometimes for a brief period and then get disconnected again something has to be done this is extremely extremely frustrating

then did you test your sim card no your wife's phone and test her sim on yours?

and what phone do you have?

and did you try Reset Network Settings on your phone?

My wife is sitting right next to me and her phone works fine

Thanks for your input however I have had public mobile for a number of months now and this issue has only happened in the last 2 months I have lived in the same location for the entire time I've been with public mobile can anyone direct me to who I go to or what link I hit to go directly to someone to reset my account this whole website app is so hard to navigate it's unbelievable

Maybe check the nearest cell phone tower.  Your main location may be in an area with weak reception.  Is this issue in different areas of your city or town?  Or mainly in one location?

Yea, must be frustrating for sure.

You must know that Public Mobile's staff only work through messages. 

You can message them at the link below and ask them to reset your phone on their end. Hopefully that will fix the issues permanently for you.

I have already reported this problem a couple of times I received an email in French I speak English and do not understand a French response I have been getting costly disconnected from the public mobile network for two weeks now not only is that extremely frustrating because I need to be a phone and text also public mobile service and helping is terrible it's extremely frustrating speaking with chatbots and not to real people I've done all the troubleshooting suggestions I've ran around in circles I've even done the network reset numerous times none of it works permanently sometimes it'll be a temporary fix and then I'll get disconnected again this is a nightmare and unacceptable I need assistance from public mobile now
