Network connectivity problem

I have trouble connecting to the network. I joined Public today, but I cannot join the network. I get 7b1 when making a call

No I see full signal bars and 3G network. It is eSIM. I have tried resetting the phone network settings but didn’t help. Thanks so much for escalating the issue.

I have removed the old SIM, also reset the phone network, but issue has not been resolved

@aminnejat  please ensure that you removed your previous SIM/eSIM. 

If that doesn't work you could also reset the phone networks.

do you see only SOS in the network status?

Look like it is a sim provisioning issue.  I have escalated your issue on behalf.  But the helpdesk is now closed, PM CS Agent will reach out early tomorrow morning.  Please monitor your community inbox here for their reply:

In the meantime, you can try Reset Network settings on your phone.  And if it is an physical sim, test it with another phone
