No I see full signal bars and 3G network. It is eSIM. I have tried resetting the phone network settings but didn’t help. Thanks so much for escalating the issue.

I have removed the old SIM, also reset the phone network, but issue has not been resolved

@aminnejat please ensure that you removed your previous SIM/eSIM.
If that doesn't work you could also reset the phone networks.

do you see only SOS in the network status?

In the meantime, you can try Reset Network settings on your phone. And if it is an physical sim, test it with another phone
