My phone suddenly lost connection to the network and despite rebooting, is not connecting back. How do I restore connection?

@MJ20317

check the Telus Outage page to confirm if there is any outage in your area
https://www.telus.com/en/bc/outages

Also, login My Account to confirm if your account is active or suspended

if it is active and there is not local outage, Restart phone and Reset network settings

and you can ask ask PM to check and confirm your account on the system.  Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA  code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)    When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

But if you have trouble using Chatbot to open ticket, then message PM using this link:

PM will reply to your community inbox,  between 9AM-10PM EST (Mon-Sun), check here:

@MJ20317

if you're using a sim card, try removing it ...then re-install...see if thathelps.

Alternative...try your sim in a diff cellphone.

Ignore both suggestions if you use esim.
