I can't do nothing with public mobile App. It is Catching breath. So far it doing that 2 days. I want to activate SIM card.

If you are using a physical SIM card, get a family member to do it for you. They can download the Public Mobile app to their phone and follow the instructions to complete the setup for you.
Once completed, they can delete the app as it is not required after activation. You can login on Publicmobile.ca to manage your account.
Did you delete the app from your phone? Clear the data and cache from the storage settings and try again.
