Hi all, I just switched to public mobile plan $29/40gb LTE. It's net speed really bad. Always shows LTE or LTE+ network. But most of the time cannot even open the app. On my previous network speed was 40-60 mbs, now on PM download speed is 2 -5 mbs.
Any leads/tricks to get better speed or leave this network????

what phone do you have?
start with Reset all networks and it should help
if not, you can also try your sim card in another phone. If none of those work, please ask support agent to refresh your account
