Need to reset email

I no longer have access to my email I originally signed up with.

i need to change my plan and access my account so i can put on an international plan while im travelling through the states

Please note that you can still login to your accounts if it is Active.

Just login to your account and have the 2FA code sent by text to your phone to access your account.

 

Contact a CS_Agent to assist you in changing the email to your account.

While you will need to contact customer support to change your email you should be able to login with the old email address unless you forgot the password ? The 2FA verification code can be sent via SMS text to your phone. Once in your account disable 2FA on your profile page until you've had your email changed by customer support.

 

If you know your 4 digit account PIN # you can purchase US Roaming add ons and add funds via 611 or by calling 1 855 4PUBLIC and entering your 10 digit phone #. Keep in mind 10 Day US Roaming add ons start immediately after purchase and expire 240 hours after purchase. Here is a diagram of the 611/IVR menu options ...

Only agent can update your email.

To Contact CSA-agent; there are 2 methods:

If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.

You can't change your email address yourself so you'll have to get a Customer Support Agent to do that for you.

 

Use the Chatbot Simon to get a service ticket started first.
