Hello There, I signed up with public mobile at a store in my area.
For some time, i have been buying the vouchers and topping it.
But recently I wanted to make a change to my account,
problem is, I cannot create a self serve account because when i type in my phone #,
it says my email is already registered. I know 100% i did not provide any email to the agent who helped me, i went back to the store to ask him whats the email he registered with.
He said "he dont know"
I need to setup self for my public mobile. Pleaseee help!

@arun1824 , if the store was able to make a self serve account for you, you would have received a welcome email. Search your inbox for a welcome email.

@arun1824 click on the? Bottom right hand corner Ask Simon to speak to a human this will help create a ticket to speak to a moderator they can help you with your issue check the envelope top right corner for a reply response time is 2 to 48 hours

If you are unable to, looks like the store rep did not use proper activation portal. You must contact the mod team in this case to have the Email address changed.
