Need to mark my phone as lost without logging into account

Chat bot could not help set OTP to email. 

Keeps sending OTP to lost phone number only. 

Account was created before ever whatever ID. Could not sign into app either without phone OTP.

You might want to also try to reset the password.  That sometimes will send you the code via email.

@CKX Try clicking forgot password or enter a wrong OTP a couple of times. It might give you email option to receive OTP. Sometimes if you click Resend OTP, you will see email options there as well. So give that a try. If nothing works, you can simply direct message CS_Agent.
