Hello,
I see the system is still not working. We've decided to switch to fizz because we've given up on public mobile. Too many problems and the recent system change was mishandled too badly, way more bugs and issues than there should ever have been. In the interim, I need to change the payment method on my account. My service is currently suspended because it's still on my old card but I can't login to change my card (still getting the "Page Expired" error), and yes, all caches and cookies are cleared, tried multiple browsers on two different computers at two different ip addresses.
Anyway, I need someone to change the credit card info in my account to have my phone reactivated. Please help asap, I have no phone this is urgent. Please respond with a method to give you my credit card info. Thanks.

If you are having trouble trying to login to your account. You can contact a CS_Agent to help you access your account.
Meanwhile, purchase a voucher and dial 611 and enter the voucher number to pay for service.

You can contact a Customer Service Rep one of 2 ways.
1. At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

In either case you should receive a reply within 48 hours though they are typically much faster. Keep an eye on the envelope icon top right for replies.
