Hello,  I see the system is still not working. We've decided to switch to fizz because we've given up on public mobile. Too many problems and the recent system change was mishandled too badly, way more bugs and issues than there should ever have been...
Hi all, I just updated my credit card info and payment went through but my plan still says expired. I tried logging out and back in. Please help. Thanks, Christine
