I changed my old plan $35 3gb 3g speed to the deal a few weeks ago $40 15gb 4g speed and now it says current plan $25 1gb 3g speed plan, How to I get this resolved?

@Joecrush If doing as directed by @Outdoorsman doesn't fix it, open a ticket with customer service.
You can contact a Customer Service Rep one of 2 ways.
1. At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

In either case you should receive a reply within 48 hours though they are typically much faster. Keep an eye on the envelope icon top right for replies.

@Joecrush hi clear your cache or change browser and use private or incognito mode log back into your account and see if it updates
