Hi I need to cancel my plan I have for my daughter how do I do this

Just stop paying your bill. Toggle Subscribe button to OFF.
Remove your credit card info - open a Ticket and ask agent to do that for you.
Port your number to another provide - that deletes your account immediately.

Hi @Kristywutke 

If you are looking to change providers, if you port your daughters number elsewhere, that automatically closes the PM account. The other way is to log into the account, turn off autopay. That too will close it. If you're unable to log in, then you may wish to reach out to a CS Agent to help you reset your email or password if needed.

There are various ways to cancel the account.

Once you sign into the account online, slide the Subscribed button in green to off.  Should turn  red.  This will prevent further charges to your credit card. After 90 days of non payment account will be closed.

2. Port your number out to another provider. You would need to sign onto the account to get your account number to provide to new carrier. 

if you dont want to port, after non payment of 90 accounts auto closes.

if you have a credit card on file, you can use this link to ask public mobile agents to remove the card #.
