I went to Walmart almost a month ago an set up a new phone number on autopay. I've lost my sim card since then. I couldn't log into my account because first time verification sends a code to your phone number (which I lost the sim card for). I called Walmart and they only sell the cards with new activations. I set up a new phone number/sim card. I would like to remove my old phone number/account from autopay but can't log in to do that.

it takes a while they respone to you so go to online banking and cancel autopay

@Tesseract, if you want your new number back, you might be able to get the moderators to help you. Technically you still own that account. BTW, the Walmart agent lied to you. They are not supposed to sell SIM cards for new activations only. I would suggest you name the store to the moderator team when you contact them and have them give those guys an attitude adjustment.
