I am a belieber (did I spell that right?) in the community. I am also a Koodo customer and I find their site to be really poor for learning anything. That is one service where I would be lost if I could not call someone, not that calling and listening to music for an hour is the panacea.

That's a pretty nice write up about Public Mobile's knowledge base and conversion to video. Also acknowledges @will13am 's contribution (suggesting to add the video versions). Including a brief summary of the (bigger) rewards might encourage a few (hopefully many) to consider switching to Public mobile.
