Hello
Make sure when you sent a private message to the moderators, include the following:
- Your name
- Your account number, if you have it, or email address
- Your phone number and 4 digit PIN
- A detailed explanation of the specific issue

Depending on the current request load it could take a bit for a response. It can be upto 48 hours for a response but issues are usually around a 2-4 hour timeline
