Make sure when you sent a private message to the moderators, include the following:

  • Your name
  • Your account number, if you have it, or email address
  • Your phone number and 4 digit PIN
  • A detailed explanation of the specific issue

Depending on the current request load it could take a bit for a response.  It can be upto 48 hours for a response but issues are usually around a 2-4 hour timeline

For the transaction summary error, you can send a private message to Moderator_Team and they will help you out.
