We lost the phone with brand new Public sim card before we were able to activate the online qccount. How can I migrate a new purchased sim card unto the plan without being able to activate the online account?

@Bjoern85 : You'll need to contact the CSA's. Click on the cartoon quote lower right and muddle your way through the chatbot to get to Submit ticket.
