If your account balance doesn't show the $15 you paid and no data appears on your account overview page, you'll need to contact CS to check if there has been a provisioning "hiccup":

If you log in your account, do you now unexpectedly have a $15 in your Public Mobile account balance? If so, you need to go back and complete the purchase of the data add-on. When there isn't enough funds already there, going into the add-on on purchase section and trying to buy an add-on only tops up your account.

@simranbains1218 buying add-on is a 2 steps process:
1. load fund,
2. actual buying of the add-on
Sound like you might have just loaded the fund but didn't do step 2. Please check if your $15 is showing up as Available fund on My Account. If so, yes, the money is there but not used, please go ahead and buy the data addon now. Since you have enough money on the account (Available Fund), PM will use the money there when you buy the add-on now and won't charge you more
