Hi there,
So I am looking for a moderator to help me with my new account. The problem is that I cannot recieve text messages or phone calls, but I can send them and make calls. I have restarted my device already. The number is a new number.
Can you please help me?

@thomas41546 sorry to hear about the rough start. So, it's a new number? You didn't try to port in a number from your previous carrier? The symptoms you describe are almost always due to a failed or stuck port, but that doesn't apply if you took a new phone number. I'm not sure what the issue would be! Hopefully a moderator can help you in the morning. 😞
EDIT: since @ShawnC13 has tagged @Saray_O for you, I'm going to suggest that you go ahead and use the link he sent you to find out how to send her a private message, then please do so, providing her your Public Mobile phone number and if you have it handy your Public Mobile SIM card number. Also include a description of the issue as you have provided us here. This should help her (or another moderator) locate your account quicker tomorrow to assist.

@thomas41546 how long ago did you activate the number? I will tag a mod @Saray_O do you have time to look at this for this member. Thomas be ready with your phone number and SIM card number as this is information the MOD will need to assist you.
