Hi all,
So I had a public mobile sim until last year which got deactivated. However, I need some invoices from 2021-22. How can I get those? After I login to my account, all it shows is to either return to login page or reactivate the number (I don’t know wherr my sim card is). Thanks.

Sadly no. There is no way to get them from a civilian stand point. The only real way to go back that far is a court order. I don't think that's an option for you. And if you try to reach a CS Agent, you will be wasting your time and theirs.

Public Mobile can only go back 1 year on their system. Can't go back further than that.
